1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vriksha Voice platform ("Service"), operated by Vriksha Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vriksha Voice is an AI-powered outbound calling platform that enables businesses to automate phone calls using conversational AI agents. The Service includes campaign management, AI agent configuration, call analytics, phone number management, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Make calls that violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TRAI DND regulations.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud any person or entity.
• Transmit spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payments are processed through Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vriksha Technologies Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data uploaded to the Service.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vriksha Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@vrikshavoice.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
