Vriksha Voice is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered outbound calling solutions. As a digital service, there are no physical goods to ship or deliver.

Service Delivery

Access to the Vriksha Voice platform is delivered electronically. Upon successful registration and subscription, you will receive immediate access to the platform through your web browser at www.vrikshavoice.com.

Account Activation

Your account is activated instantly upon successful registration. For paid plans, access to premium features is enabled immediately upon successful payment processing through our payment partner, Razorpay.

Phone Number Provisioning

Phone numbers purchased through the platform are provisioned digitally and are typically available for use within 2–5 minutes of purchase. In rare cases, number provisioning may take up to 24 hours depending on carrier availability and regulatory requirements.

Service Availability

The Vriksha Voice platform is available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance windows. We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for all paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email to registered users.
