Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Vriksha Voice subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- Phone numbers provisioned on your account will be released at the end of the billing period.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the service. No questions asked.
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for any period where the platform was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges within 30 days of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Call minutes that have already been consumed.
- Phone number rental fees for the current billing period.
- Setup or onboarding fees for enterprise plans.
- Partial months of service (subscriptions are billed for full months).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@vrikshavoice.com with your account email and the reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.
